The CHANGE you want to see. The YOU you want to be.
Change begins with a single step. Are you ready to take that first step?
Find out how we can help you now.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern science based forward thinking therapy, combining elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBP), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuroscience and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Rather than looking at the past we look at how we can get you from where you are to where you want to be. Giving you the skills and tools to maintain these positive changes for the long term.
Specialising in Online Therapy here means sessions can be done from the comfort of your own home, or wherever and whenever is convenient, indeed anywhere you have access to a computer or your phone.
I have done sessions with people from their sofa, away on holiday, from their office during their break at work, or even whilst sat in a park. However, in person sessions are available on request.
With a free, no commitment, Initial Consultation you can take that first step to building the life and future you want with a forward thinking, open and positive therapy.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a relatively fast process. We generally recommend between 8 and 12 sessions for most people. For specific phobias only 4 sessions (inclusive of the free Initial Consultation) may be required. Smoking can be as little as a single 2 hour session.
