Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a science, evidence and research based therapy combining Hypnotic Trance and Neuroscience with modern therapy practices of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
